My Beachy Side is designed for altruistic customers who are mindful of what they buy.
We create handmade resort wear and provide steady jobs for underprivileged yet talented women in Turkey.
Each of the artisans behind our pieces has a story: disadvantaged, unemployed, and in some cases victims of domestic violence.
My Beachy Side works with local NGOs to employ hundreds of women—some living in Southeastern Turkey near the Syrian border.
Lowest in OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), Turkey employs only about 30% of its female population outside the home.
We are giving both Syrian refugees and Turkish women opportunities to better their lives.
Our goal is to embrace our love for fashion and freedom. Freedom to be fashionable, freedom to care for others, freedom to express ourselves.
